the theory of Skinner

the Operant Conditioning Theory is one of the very important theory; if we apply it in the teaching field, not only in the teaching field but also in everyday life. i do believe that the behavior of a person changes because his environment changes too. my example; before i do not know how to manage my time because i'm not a working student. i just wasted my time going from one place to another place without any purpose. now i prove to myself that time is really gold. i am now become thrifty, can manage my time and so my energy; i can now save and manage my energy wisely.

Tolman's theory leads to the fullest of life. example; how can i survive in this world without thinking of what will i do to eat, drink, rest, and many more. in fact i was born that brain to think and weigh things before doing something. like in everyday living, i must study my lessons first before going to school. so that, when maam asks me i can answer her question.

i salute the theory of Watson. in fact he inspires me because of his word that ''you can be of whatever you want to be if you work for it.'' now, example i want to become a teacher someday but because we don't have money; the big reason that i did not proceed college after my high school graduation. now, because of my willingness to study, i applied being a working student and thanks God that i was accepted. you know what i am enjoying myself being a working student and no one can fathom it!

Thorndike's theory means a lot. in fact i can relate it in the many advertisements in the television; like to test the product if it's the best-such advertisement by Vic Sotto the TIDE soap. now , as i relate it into myself the best example is this; reward after studying. like making the blog. i really do not know how to make the blog, how to post and tsuvanist....but because of my exploration, thanks God i made it. finally, i can post now my comments and examples in the blog. and i know miss Marian will definitely grade my outputs.

The worst for me
Comfort room
It is my worst and need to improve and maintain this comport room clean. Hope t5hat this area will be monitor always and clean. So that the illness will not be contaminated to us because this is one of the factor why we have illnesses. Being a human we should clean and responsible enough to maintain this area because whatever the cause of this it would be reflect on us. Who will be the first if we, can't do our duty in order to maintain this area clean because we know already the effect this right!, so be careful of what we have doing so, BE RESPONSIBLE PERSON! on it.

It is a good area that i like most.This area is a comfortable area where I browse an information that I want to know aside from books. I like to hang out this are because this area is memorable for me. From this area it gives me an idea on how it computer helping to me. From this area i learn a lot such as: identify the parts of computer, the functioning of each one, the command to be follow, etc.

Mary Ann wanted to bake a cake a chocolate cake so she practicing making it, in practicing making a cake there are lots of damage cake he made but she never give up until such time because of her patience at last he made a perfect and yummy Chocolate cake.

James had a farmer father and a house keeper mother, though they don't have enough money to send him to school he never stop dreaming, because he believed poverty is not the hindrance to success, he become a working student, he strive hard for his studies and now he become as one of the successful manager of the bank.

Impression:
1. Best area in school.
For me the best area in school is our library, it is the room of knowledge. we can search all we want to know, and not only that you can be also entertained by reading magazines and pocketbooks like readers digest or fiction. it is a silent place where you ca study you’re lessons well. it has a well organized things and the in charges are so much approachable.
2. You're needs improvement area in school.
I think the college comfort room is need much improvement. Because I am very much particular with this area. It needs maintenance of cleaning and the flashed for bowls are not functioning well. We do hope that it well improve so that we can comfortable in realizing our waste.

My mother is a teacher of elementary school in the mountain. In order for her to send to school, she must ride w/ vehicles. There’s a time that it’s raining and then my mother is on the way to the mountain and then they were an accident. So now, if my mother will go to school and it is raining, she will no longer use vehicles instead by riding buses.

Example of the theory of J.B.Watson
Manny Pacquiao is one of the poor Filipino in our country. Their parents before were poor, but because of his dream to become a boxer, he always doing his practice every day and join the boxing competition. He give effort just to his dream come true because he know that the talent is already on him and what he will just to do is to spread it out. And now, look at him, we can’t say that he is one of the poorest person in the in our country instead one of the most reaches person in the world.

Comments of the theory of Jhon B. Watson
Jhon Broadus Watson is the Father of behaviorism. He is con fuse of the theory of Ivan Pavlov. So, he added the theory of Ivan Pavlov to make him satisfy. The theory that Watson did is very controversial because of the baby that he use on his theory. For me, his theory is good but it is not good for us to use a person or a baby to prove the theory.

My comments about the video of Ivan Pavlov.
I like the theory of Ivan Pavlov. His theory will help us in dealing people. He taught us what would be the responses of a person if he/she hears something or even see on the environment.
Just like the dog that he uses in his theory.

my reflection
My reflection to my observation last week is very good. I'd observe that every student were focusing to the discussion of ma'am Alaba. The eyes of the student were looking in front of there teacher. I also observe that Ms Alaba had a full of energy discussing to her student. I just found harder in giving a instruction of the student before they were inter but the rest of the class it is good and easy.
I hope that someday i will be like ma'am Alaba that teach will.

1. What is your Insight of the subject?
Ans: Baring in this subject at first it was so difficult for me because i don't have yet a idea. Later on i found out that it was so interesting. I can't imagine that this subject was facilitating a learning for me, it was hardest part to me. But i know it was more on applying the theories or shall we say application in the filed of teaching. Baring a child it was not a easiest for me because we are encountering different attitude and most specially i pass this subject with all knowledge to be equipped.

Ans: At first it was hard because i don't have knowledge about it. Later on i learned already with the help of a friend and it was effective for me, because starting that day i eager to learned about it. I amazed this kind of approach it was knew for me. I was sad when i made my first yahoo.mail. I tried to reach and follows the instruction very will so that i catch up and enter this web and blog.

ans: Through this subject we will know how to deal students and especially classroom management. with this, it help to enhance our capabilities to handle a situation to the different attitudes from different students. Our stepping stone to become a competitive teacher someday. and know different strategies in teaching.
2.How do you feel the logging approach?
Ans: The blogging approach always make me stress... but i know meanwhile it will be easier for me
blogging something. and it so much fun to post anything. and I'm thankful for this because I"m become updated to the new webs or whatever in the Internet. and maybe I can apply this to my students especially if ever I will assign to teach in the city.

Ans: This subject is so much interesting.It is the guide or way how to deal students. It is the root to become an efficient teacher. It is the pillar to become somebody. And finally, it is the bridge for us to become the BEST teacher, the follower of Christ.

Ans: Oh! the blogging approach is so much fidgeting. It shocked to us. But. it helped to become creative. It helped us to be united as a group. And finally, even it was so tedious to think and to work, we learned a lot from it and no one can fathom it.
